In VertexFX the clients/ groups privileges are placed in the Parameters. You can edit the parameters of any group by opening the Accounts Tree and press right click on this group then choose Parameters then edit parameters, check the privileges that you want to grant for this group and after you finish press OK.

To grant this group of privileges to any dealer, then open the Dealers Tree and it is preferred to create a group of dealer and grant it privilege over this group of clients. By right click on the desired dealer or the group of dealers and choose the Edit option you will find accounts tree privilege filed the available on the end of the edit window, if you selected any group from the accounts tree then this field will be changed and granted to that dealer or group of dealers.
