VertexFX Client Terminal file size is around 10-12 MBs. Less size means that the application was not completely downloaded. Re-downloading the application may fix the problem, but if it remains, you should try to download the application using a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari. If you still face the same issue, access your IE and clear the Cache, then retry to download the application.
