For who can i broadcast a new message?

Broadcast message is about to be connected with all your environment for announcing some news, some alerts or anything you want to tell your clients, offices groups or BackOffice about, via Email or even SMS.

How to broadcast a message?

As you can see at tree on your VertexFX terminal, you will find the Broadcast SMS, Broadcast Mail to all, Broadcast Mail to offices, broadcast Mail to clients/groups; with these all you can deliver your announcement to all you are authorized to access and specified with the targeted persons, maybe all, clients or offices.

With Broadcast SMS, you can write what every message you want to announce using mobile SMS, and by clicking broadcast , the SMS will fly to all those enabled the SMS feature under the selected tree node, at their mobiles, with the name of the market maker company as sender ID.

For the broadcast mails, VertexFX Trader is providing a secured, internal mailing system with the same VertexFX trader application, so when you send, or broadcast an e mail, an Email will be redirected to those that your e mail targeted, (All, Offices, or Clients/Groups), also under your tree privileges.

Client also can send messages by Email to the BackOffice, by clicking send mail; he can select the BackOffice from the recipient ID.
So with VertexFX Trader, the market maker, the White Labels, the IBs and the traders, are always connected as a full network with multiple connectivity features.
