The Chande Momentum Oscillator (Chande) is an advanced momentum oscillator derived from linear regression.
Increasingly high values of CMO may indicate that prices are trending strongly upwards.
Conversely, increasingly low values of CMO may indicate that prices are trending strongly downwards.
CMO is related to MACD and Price Rate of Change (ROC).
Parameters

| applyTo | Applied price, can be one of the ENUM_APPLIED_PRICE. |
| period | The calculation period, on which the indicator will be calculated, value of type Integer. |
Return value
Returns the handles of a technical indicator, in case of failure returns an empty string.
