This function used to handle click event at the specific control by given control ID.
Parameters
| Key | Description |
| formId | Form identifier, must be a number greater than 3000 and less than 10,000, value of type String. |
| controlID | Control identifier. If it was an empty string, this means that the event has been raised for the form, value of type String. |
