The Smart Dealing Chat screen is one of the most important window for dealing room in the smart dealer to handle the clients orders acocording to the smart dealer settings.In which it will be able to accept, re-quote the clients orders.
This window contains many columns with the details of each pending order received to the smart dealer chat from the client side, and waiting to take action according to the smart dealer rules. Those columns are as the following:
| Column Name | Description |
| Order (Time) | Shows the order ID and (the request time) for each order on the chatting screen. |
| Account | Shows the account ID and (name) for each order on the chatting screen. |
| New/ Close | Shows the type (New/ Close) of each order on the chatting screen. |
| Trade | Shows the type (Buy/ Sell), amount and symbol name of each order on the chatting screen. |
| Price | Shows the requested price of the symbolfrom the client side of each order on the chatting screen. |
| Open (Profit/ Loss) | Shows the open price and (the amount of profit/ loss) for each close order on the chatting screen. |
| Market Price | Shows the current market price of the symbolfor each order on the chatting screen. |
