although system/white label process has fixed operating working days to come alive, it sometimes may take weeks before being delivered due to many reasons, and in order to keep your request in the standard working time, make sure the below required information are already arranged before:

System/White label required Packaging Information:

• Full company name (As appeared in the system main Tree node)
• The company logo image 55X55 (Setup Image, PNG) and 32X32(Desktop ICON) and 80X80 (Help about image, PNG) or better you can send original PSD/AI image source file and we’ll generate the required images.
• The company icon file (As appeared in the desktop)
• Company website (As appeared in the system about screen that is active and Showing VertexFX Content).
• Company email (As appeared in the system about screen, FREE emails as hotmail, Gmail …etc are not accepted)
• Company telephone number that will be appearing in the “help about
• Company Address to be appeared in Help About
• Copy of System/WL Company Certificate OR owners passport/ID/Driving License copy.
• A verification email from the website domain.
• A verification call with the owner directly in case of white label order.

Reasons Why Orders get delayed:

Since most of you have already gone through our system and white label processing orders, the above information is a must and any missing requirement will be delaying the whole order, along with the below:

• Lack of providing correct KYC documents (Passport copy Or ID copy and a copy of a recent utility bill).
• Unclear or wrong company Logo and contact info which most of the time requires repackaging again and this istimeconsuming for both of us.
• Requesting single white label and not having WL distribution agreement where you keep negotiating for the single WL each time while it has a fixed pricing, and processing a Single WL invoice takes time unlike the Bulk white labels one.
• Signing the system/White label contract with mixed and unclear information (Phone Number, Email) or signatures.
• Unpaid invoices along with having unstable accounting or managerial status.

Speeding Up Your Orders Processing Time:

Inorderto speed up processingsystem/ white label with its best working days in which system takes (3-5) working days and the white label (2-3) working days, and avoid any wasted time for all parties and assure getting your orders passed, make sure to do the following:

• Gets your WL bulk distribution agreement with its credit now and save your time discussing the white label offer each time.
• Fill the system/ white label contract with the correct information and each party on its specified spaces to avoid sending you the contract again, as contract with mixed details will not be accepted.
• Order your system/ WL with the following KYC documents directly (Company certificate and/or ID, driving license and copy of a recent utility bill) and supply us with these document with the system/ white label contract.
• Company clear information with forwarding verification email from your system/WL domain directly.
• Your WL logo should be clear with the requested sizes.
