A Time Series Moving Average is similar to a Simple Moving Average, except that values are derived from linear regression forecast
values instead of raw values.
A Moving Average is most often used to average values for a smoother representation of the underlying price or indicator.
Parameters

| chart_ID | Chart identifier, 0 is the current chart, value of type Long |
| applyTo | Applied Integer, a value of type ENUM_APPLIED_PRICE. |
| period | The calculation period, on which the indicator will be calculated, a value of type Integer |
Return value
Returns the handles of a technical indicator, in case of failure returns an empty string.
