Added 2 more functions

• CloseAllByHedge:Used to close the given tickets numbers(Sell and buy tickets) by hedge for a specific symbol.
• ManualUpdateOpenPosition:Used to update specific ticket number without select an account.

Added the following parameter

• ParentUserID Used inCreateClient, CreateAccount, CreateGroup, CreateOffice.
