When error message: “Runtime error” appears then make sure of VertexFx download file size (it must be between 10 MB to 12 MB), after that you have to un-install VertexFx from you pc and re-install it again.

 Also, you have to know what kind of operating system you use, because for windows vista or latest since there is high security level there, you must login as administrator when you want to run the system and you may need to right click on the VertexFx icon on your desktop and click (run as administrator).
