At Hybrid Solutions, we’ve made it simpler for physical traders to get what they need using the VertexFX platform. Our goal is to make physical trading easier. It involves the exchange of tangible assets such as precious metals (gold, silver), agricultural products (wheat, corn), or energy commodities (crude oil, natural gas).
The goals of boosting physical trading in VertexFX are:
- Create a Big Group: Form a large group that represents folks who buy, sell, and trade real stuff like jewelry, gold, and silver. Everyone in this kind of trading will be part of this group
- Fix Problems: Figure out what problems people have when they buy, sell, or trade real stuff. Then, find ways to solve these problems. This will make the gold and silver trading industry better.
- Encourage Saving and Investing: Tell people to save and invest in gold and silver. Make it easy for them to trade, invest, keep their gold and silver safe, and track their investments online. This will get more people interested in trading gold and silver.
When you go to the system options
, you’ll see two tabs for physical trading: one for Providers and one for Delivery Items.
- Traditionally, most of the available systems do the trading by the amount LOT and referenced on the USD. Trading by physical standing for the ability to change the trading amount on the system, according to the simple configuration from LOT for example to another trading units, like Kilo, Gram, Ounce, or any other amount unit, and the ability to reference over some other currencies rather than the USD.

Buy Only Module: When you join the VertexFX physical users network, you will witness a different trading technology, your vision of Buy and Sell icons buttons will not remain the same, you will experience a state of art, built over high standards of ease of use philosophies, attractive on the style, creative on the idea, new on the functionalities, different on the layout, easier for use, efficient on time management.
Here is how the physical trade cycle goes (Buy Only):
Double-click on the desired symbol from the market watch. - Set your order amount and start buying positions.
- You will see your open positions in the Trade Panel.
- To deliver the positions go to the Net Trade Panel.
- Right-click on the desired symbol and choose Delivery.
- Choose the delivery method to be Picked up from Office or Delivered to the doorstep.

Buy Fixing Module:
The future of bullion trading, with the success of the VertexFX Bullion Solution, we are delighted to announce a new immersive bullion trading module, that is built according to the market needs and the suggestions of our customers, to enhance the bullion trading experience.
Buy Fixing allows the traders to buy and deliver a specific item at the same price it was bought on, whether the trader chooses to deliver now or later on, and we split fixed positions from normal trades in a new window (Fixed trade) for the trader to differentiate between the trades.
Since we understated bullion markets’ needs and demands we’ve made it possible for them to connect with a local or global metals provider, making it easier to keep track of the sold items and available quantity.
For the Buy Fixing module, From the client terminal here is how the bullion trade cycle goes

- Double-click on the desired symbol from the market watch.
- Set your order amount and start buying positions.
- You will see your Fixed positions in the Fixed trade Panel.
- From the Fixed trade Panel, Right click on the desired position and choose Delivery.
- Select the item and add the number of pieces desired from the delivery window.
- Choose the Office you want to pick up the product from.
MACHINE INDEPENDENT SOLUTION
VertexFX Web Trader is considered to be a machine independent Trading terminal, as it supports all Desktop, WEB, and mobile terminals and is fully tested on all traditional web browsers with smooth online market movement, real-time market order placement, with the same security as the windows based system.
- The Delivery Request Screen is opened whenever the client chooses the Deliver option from the Trade or Net Trade Panel, it contains the following:

| Image | The image of each delivery item |
| Code | The item ID from each delivery item |
| Name | The item Name from each delivery item |
| Description | The item description from each delivery item |
| Quantity | The allowed item quantity to be delivered from each delivery item |
- When you double-click on any delivery item, it will be listed under the Cart which contains the following:
| Option | Description |
| Image | The image of each delivery item |
| Name | The item Name from each delivery item |
| Code | The item ID from each delivery item |
| # of items | The number of units to be delivered. This can be changed if you double-click on it and insert the desired units amount |
| Quantity | The quantity of each delivered item |
| Summary List | Displays the Portfolio Holding, Delivery Total, and Remaining Balance |
| Comment | Insert the desired comment to be received in the dealing room when delivering the item. |
| Delivery Process | To choose the delivery process method, either “Pick up from Office” or “Deliver to doorstep” |
| Submit Delivery Order | To confirm the delivery order and sent the request to the dealing room, after pressing Submit you may print the trade confirmation |
VertexFX Physical Buy Fixing:
Buy Fixing allows the traders to buy and deliver bullion items at the same buy price. Traders can choose to place delivery items orders directly or later on. Fixed positions will be listed under the FIXED panel to differentiate between margin and physical trades.
- Added a new technique for delivery by adding the provider, adding the delivery tab on the system option
- Added the OTP Code parameter for the client, Added a new Delivery history report.
- Added a new trading type (Fixing Type)
- Added a new tab to load a fixed trade on it, Added the delivery option from the Fix trade list
- Added a column on the Login Report if the client is OTP or not and if it is successful or not and Added a main Ticket to the history.
Buy Fixing trade cycle:
- Double-click on the desired symbol from the market watch.
- Set your order amount and submit buy fixing, You will see your Fixed positions in the Fixed trade Panel.
- From the Fixed trade Panel or from the net trade panel, Right click on the required position and choose Delivery.
- The Delivery Request Screen is opened whenever the client chooses the Deliver option from the fixed trade or net trade panel
